Martin Geraghty has been one of the mainstay artists on the regular comic-strip in Panini’s Doctor Who Magazine for over 30 years, and was largely responsible for the bulk of the run of Paul McGann’s Eighth Doctor continuing up to, and including, the 15th incarnation, Ncuti Gatwa
Since 2016 he has also contributed extensive character design work on the BBC’s best-selling Doctor Who blu-ray animation range, bringing to life missing classic stories from the 60’s and 70’s, including two of the most highly regarded Dalek tales from the show, Power and Evil and completing the unfinished Douglas Adam’s tale, Shada.
He has supplied comic-art and covers for Cutaway Comics range of graphic novels, based on characters and concepts from the wider Doctor Who universe – including Faustine, written by acclaimed screenwriter and novelist, Stephen Gallagher.
Away from his Doctor Who contributions, Martin is an experienced concept and storyboarding artist for TV and advertising.
He lives in Cheshire with his Jack Russell terrier, Indiana, and in an effort to leave his house more often this will be his first appearance at LFCC.
Martin will be signing at the Cutaway Comics Table.
