
Stephen Wyatt’s wrote two Classic Dr Who Stories – Paradise Towers (1987) and The Greatest Show in the Galaxy (1988) – as well as The Psychic Circus for Big Finish. He’s also contributed to Build High for Happiness and Ice Hot, two short story collections inspired by Paradise Towers for Obverse Books. His collected short stories, including a number of Who-inspired tales, are published by Obverse Books as The Wallscrawler.
He is the only writer to have won the Tinniswood Award for best original radio script twice.
His many radio dramatisations include Chandler, Highsmith, Thackeray, and Dante.
His most recent theatre work is Me and Him and Who, a play about Dr Who producer John Nathan-Turner and his partner Gary Downie, which premiered in Manchester earlier this year with a national tour in the pipeline.
