FREE GUEST TALKS
We have a large number of free guest talks running throughout the weekend. Although these are free, seating is limited, seating is issued on a first come first served basis. Gold Pass Holders will be given priority access to the talk hall in order to take advantage of their priority seating, however once the talk has started you will be expected to take the closest available seat with no priority given. Free Talks are approx 30 minutes long, with 15 minute gaps to change over audiences. We would ask that you keep the exit clear to allow other fans to enter and exit the talk area as quickly and easily as possible. Audiences will be asked to leave the seated area after each talk finishes, even if they have tickets for the next talk. We would ask that you limit flash photography to the first few minutes of the talk – photographs taken without flash are permitted throughout. We’re afraid that videoing and sound recordings are not allowed.
PAID FOR GUEST TALKS
There are also several premium talks taking place over the weekend. Tickets for these will be available to buy from the online shop before the event, or from the SALES DESK during the event.
